Certified Businesses (CB)

Certified businesses are businesses that perform contract maintenance or a business with an in-house maintenance department.  All employees are certified by the AAME within six months of hire date.  CB’s are authorized use of AAME logo in their advertising.  Certified business employees do not have certification cards issued by the AAME because the CB owns each employees certification and are required to maintain CCE.  All tests are graded by the AAME and results are maintained by the AAME.  Employees that leave a CB are required to get an individual certification issued.  Re-testing is not required for certified employees that leave a CB and request individual certifications.
